If you aren't satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping charges). Product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are not available for custom or personalized items. A 5% restocking fee applies to dog beds, mats, and blankets. Due to health regulations, DogTuff is unable to accept an item which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet after receipt.To initiate a return/exchange, please Sign into your account, select the order with the item which needs to be returned, Click Request Return!
