No matter the reason, all unused items are eligible for return 185 days after delivery. All items returned unused with original packaging are eligible for return. Need to request a return? Sign into your account, select the order, select the item that needs to be returned, and click Request Return. Look for an e-mail with return details.
How to Use the Guarantee
The majority of the items on DogTuff include a guarantee; each item's product page consists of an info bar outlining the size dog the toy is designed for, along with the durability, toy type, and length of the guarantee if one is offered. Guarantees vary by manufacturer. Dogtuff handles some and others directly through the manufacturer. The first step in using any guarantee is a return request. Sign into your account, select the order and item needing to be guaranteed, select the reason for the return (Damaged), and then click Request Return. We will handle everything and e-mail the guarantee details!
Exchanging
Do you need to switch to a different toy or a different size? First, initiate a return by signing into your account, selecting the order and item needing to be returned, click Request Return! Look for an e-mail from bark@dogtuff.com. Then place a new order. The original order will be refunded in full upon return. New orders ship the next business day.Pack items safely and securely for shipping. Please note our return address below. To accurately and quickly process all returns, initiate the request through your My Account page first. Please note: Customized items are not eligible for returns.
