DogTuff Shipping Policy

At DogTuff, we know your pup can’t wait to play! We work hard to process and ship all orders quickly and accurately so tails start wagging as soon as possible.

📦 Order Processing

• Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same or next day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday, or over the weekend, will ship the next business day.
• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 24 hours unless noted otherwise (e.g., custom or backordered items).
• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We offer fast, reliable shipping nationwide using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

🌎 Shipping Locations

• Contiguous U.S.: We ship to all 48 continental states.
• Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Additional charges may apply.
• PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Yes, we deliver! Certain carriers may limit service speed.
• International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada only.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything possible to meet delivery timelines, delays can occur due to:

• Severe weather or carrier disruptions
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Peak holiday volumes

🔄 Lost or Misrouted Packages

Occasionally, a carrier may misroute or delay a parcel. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out to us. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or express reshipment once confirmed.
