Tuffy's Kinley the Killer Whale

With two great danes and tugging and chewing these toys last. I think I have purchased at one time or another every one. They are cheaper than shoes or handbags or sofas. They enjoy them and the protruding pieces can get chewed off. Doesn't take away from the play. The fins come off in one piece and I just toss it. Have not yet swallowed any small pieces. Great Toys. Will keep buying.

I have a 90 pound greyhound who thinks that he's a goat. I once caught him chewing on the baseboards (he's not a puppy by any definition), and if he finds a piece of metal inside a plastic bag (like coins, washers, nuts and bolts...) it's like christmas to him. Fortunately he doesn't swallow any of these things, just chews them. But the point is, he likes to chew. Did you know that nylabones are hollow inside? I didn't either! After knowing this guy I am now aware of the anatomy of a nylabone.

So, about the shark. It lasts. A long flipping time. It doesn't take him hours to destroy it, but it happens progressively over several months. I swear his teeth sound like scissors when he's chewing through it, but because he tends to go for the easy parts like the dorsal fin and tail the shape of the shark (and the squeaker) stays intact. At a certain point I have to remove a bunch of the stuffing because he's starting to pull it out and make a mess, but he still loves to chew and squeak it after that. These are some industrial squeakers.

Normal stuffed toys? My dog tears them apart in under a minute. Tennis balls? Takes him about two minutes to start breaking it down. Tuffy's shark? Days! Weeks! Months!

If your dog is part goat, then I highly recommend this and other Tuffy's because they LAST. Totally makes it worth spending so much money on a dog toy.
